This is a terrible company! I tried to place an order online and am a repeat customer. My order was cancelled immediately and marked as "fraud," which it clearly is not. I called Allbirds the next day and was told that there was "literally nothing we can do" since the online ordering is done through a "third party platform." She said they don't get information as to why/how that platform identifies fraud. I asked her if I could contact that platform and she said, "no." I have given this company more than my share of money and really do like their products, but to dismiss this issue (which the lady talking to me is clearly aware of since she had a "stock" answer), is just terrible customer service. I asked her if I try to place another order through Allbirds online or even over the phone, would I be able to do so, and she said, "no," but I could buy through a different retailer such as Nordstrom. WHAT? That doesn't even make any sense. And, the lady I was speaking to on the phone seemed argumentative. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me they wouldn't be able to do anything either. I told her that is fine and that I would still like to express my dissatisfaction. She then rudely said it would be 1-2 business days before I was contacted. I told her that was fine with me and she asked me just for my phone number. Awful way to treat repeat customers. Apparently Allbirds would rather lose money and happy customers than figure out why this "third party platform" is erroneously cancelling orders as fraudulent.

I bought a pair of shoes onsale, no returns, but they sent a much smaller shoe and wont take it back. I would never order from them. Their customerservice is awful.

Cannot establish contact by any means, tracking app shuts down my e-mail.

Downloading apps just to track order is just too damned much, plus. it doesn't work! Tried three times and all that happened was me e-mail shut down, three time. No way to contact, all e-mails returned "undeliverable", chat quit and phone call two cust. service said, "we're busy, try later". Thes shoes should be considered disposable at best, very low quality but for knock arounds for the warm months they might make it, if you take it easy. I would just like to know where there'll my order is or be allowed to speak with someone.

Sorry to inform you but I called the number miner and got a sales pitch about medic alert and quit pushy at that I said no thank you but she kept on talking it was like both of us talking and no one listening I hung up and tried again but much the same this year s no way to do business I had trouble with doing it on line

Want to talk about the quality of the shoe

I have 3 pair of Allbirds. All-of them show wear in the big toe and has a small hole soon after they r worn. My friend has the same complaint. For the price of these plastic shoes they should be last long than a few months of wear.

Poor quality

I recently purchased 8 pair of socks in size m and l. I have purchased lots of shoes and love them all. The socks are terrible. Washed, not washed or washed and dried they slip off my wife and my heal. Ever time. I would like a credit on my next purchase or a full credit. Happy to send them back. Not up to Allbirds quality.

Stubbing sole

I love my all birds but I feel on a treadmill I tend to stub bottom and almost trip. My husband has a pair and when I walk next to him Ive seen him do the same thing never had this problem with a shoe.

Slow shipping.

Will not ordered online again with allbirds.com. Its take forever to come even with shop runners 2 days shipping. Their shipping system had failed their customers. Sorry will not shop their web again.

Wont exchange

My employer bough several of us shoes. Normally I ware one size, but I have a high arch so sometimes need a larger size of a wide if the shoe is not cut for high archs. Contacted the company and was told that all sales are final if they were a gift from a company. Didnt ask for info to look into it just a sucks to be you attitude.
